Germany: Leading market for electromobility – The market launch phase of electromobility has begun.

The EmoStar²K collaborative project led by DIN, DKE (VDE) and NAAutomobil (VDA) is helping to achieve this goal by executing coordinated and suitable measures in standards work on electromobility.

Privacy policy

The protection of personal data is an issue we take very seriously. Therefore, we operate our websites in accordance with the applicable legislation dealing with the protection of personal data and data privacy. An external, independent data protection officer is responsible for ensuring that we are in compliance with these laws.

Personal Data

In principle, you can visit our websites without revealing your identity to us. If you send us an e-mail or a contact form, your message and your email address will be used solely for the purposes of corresponding with you. The processing of your message may require that it be forwarded to the responsible units within the project (DIN, DKE, VDA). It will not, however, be forwarded to any third-parties. In certain cases, such as the use of our online services, it may be necessary for us to gather, process and use your personal data. In these cases, please take note of the relevant privacy policies.

When our website is opened, we obtain usage data. This includes information on things such as monitor resolution, browser version, internet access, operating system, language, plug-ins being used, country/region and search engines. The stored data is only evaluated for statistical purposes. The data will not be transferred to third-parties, nor will a user-related evaluation take place.

The use of cookies

When opening up individual pages, so-called “session cookies” will be used to simply navigation. These cookies expire after the end of the session and do not contain any personal data, i.e., the contents of the cookies are not evaluated in relation to the user.
